Physical Properties: It has a light-colored wood surface that is aesthetically pleasing and, being a hardwood, it resists warping, bending, and moisture, often featuring WBP (Water and Boil Proof) glue for added stability.
Applications: It is preferred for high-end furniture, modern interior designs, cabinet making, CNC routing, and specialized applications like children’s furniture and toys.
Grades & Thickness: Commonly available in B/BB or BB/BB grades (where B is a higher grade with fewer knots) and thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 30mm, though 12mm, 18mm, and 24mm are common for furniture.
