Birch plywood layers or plies of Birch plywood may not be fine layers, but of thicker layers and it may not be of birch veneers at all. It may easily be replaced with other varieties, variant species such as poplar or eucalyptus, making the product different or inferior in quality as compared to Birch plywood from Russia.
